Capitol Hill, Seattle · Wedding · 280 guests · Feb 2026

We had our wedding reception in the Main Hall in February and it was everything we wanted. The loading dock situation was a game-changer — our caterer (Pike Place Provisions) said it was the smoothest load-in they’d done all year. No carrying trays through the dining room.

Marcus was responsive from the first inquiry and gave us a proper walkthrough before we committed. He also connected us with a lighting designer who transformed the space. Highly recommend.

South Lake Union, Seattle · Corporate summit · 400 guests · Jan 2026

We ran a two-day tech summit here in January — Main Hall for the general sessions, Belltown Room for a VIP dinner the second evening. The production team had the loading bays figured out by load-in morning two without any help from venue staff.

Built-in AV handled our presentations cleanly. We brought in a separate production company for lighting and streaming, and the power infrastructure supported it without a single hitch. Will be back for our spring summit.

Fremont, Seattle · Fundraiser gala · 320 guests · Nov 2025

Tide & Timber is a beautiful space and our gala was a success — the western windows at golden hour were stunning and our guests kept commenting on the space.

One honest note: the loading dock is shared with the building’s residential units below, and the 7am–9am noise restriction caught us off-guard during our load-in morning. We had to hold our caterer’s truck until 9am. Marcus was apologetic and offered a small credit, but worth knowing in advance if you have an early setup. Factor it into your timeline.

Bellevue, WA · Product launch event · 180 guests · Oct 2025

We needed a venue that could handle a theatrical product reveal — fog, moving lights, a proper PA. Marcus connected us with a production partner who knew the building inside and out, and the result was a genuinely impressive show.

The Belltown Room worked perfectly as our VIP pre-show space before we moved the full crowd into the Main Hall. Smooth, professional, and the space photographs beautifully.

Eastlake, Seattle · Annual gala · 500 guests · Sep 2025

We’ve been running our nonprofit’s annual gala at Tide & Timber for three years now and I don’t see us going anywhere else. Marcus knows our event almost as well as we do at this point — he anticipates the things we always forget to mention.

The open catering policy is genuinely rare at this scale. We use a local food co-op for catering and venues with in-house mandates make that impossible. Here it just works.

Queen Anne, Seattle · Wedding ceremony + reception · 240 guests · Aug 2025

Did our full day here — ceremony on the Mezzanine (honestly such a unique setup, the industrial backdrop was intentional for us), cocktail hour in the Belltown Room, dinner reception in the Main Hall. Yolanda from the venue team was an absolute pro and kept all the vendors on schedule.

The afternoon light through the west windows at the cocktail hour was something else.
